The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to receive responses from consultants or firms who are qualified to provide services to assist the Town of Bethlehem Industrial Development Agency (“BIDA”) in developing and implementing an economic development strategy.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to receive competitive proposals from qualified full-service branding and digital marketing firms (referred to hereinafter as the “firm”) who will assist the Town of Bethlehem Industrial Development Agency in a rebrand of the Agency and who are interested in creating a new content management, open-sourced informational website and providing a complete overhaul of the Agency’s digital presence for the Town of Bethlehem Industrial Development Agency (“BIDA”).

After consideration, the Agency has decided not to award a contract for website design and rebranding services at this time. Accordingly, the procurement is concluded, and the RFP is now closed. No contract will be awarded under this RFP.
